VoxHere has not launched publicly. This page publishes compatibility, support plans, and outstanding release work.
Preparing for launch
We are completing production signing and notarization, purchase flow, feedback and crash reporting, Intel hardware testing, and final privacy review.
Support email in preparation
support@voxhere.com will open before public beta. Invited testers should keep using the channel supplied with their invitation.
Compatibility
- Apple Silicon: the primary launch platform.
- Intel Mac: clean-device testing remains outstanding and may initially be marked experimental.
- Network: core speech processing is local; licensing, updates, checkout, security email, and model downloads require connectivity.
When reporting an issue
Prepare the app version, macOS version, chip type, time of occurrence, reproduction steps, and logs you are comfortable sharing. Do not include a full license, card information, private recordings, or sensitive transcripts in email or screenshots.
Purchase email
Use a real, durable email address when purchasing. It is the primary channel for order proof and device replacement verification. Self-service purchase-email changes are not planned; exceptional cases require strict manual review.
